We just finished renovating our "Lake Lanier Cottage" just north of Atlanta, Georgia, and it is adorable! This home is located at prestigious Thompson Creek (the quiet Northwest corner of the lake away from all the crowds and rough water) approximately 3 miles from GA 400. This lake cottage is just minutes away from public boat ramps, many wonderful restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, Amicalola Falls, and fabulous shopping at the Premier North Georgia Outlet Mall.
We are very excited about our new place and have made many up-grades and improvements, which also includes new furniture throughout this great 2/bedroom 2/bath home. It is clean and comfortable accommodations for 6- 8 guests. Enjoy beautiful lake views, especially from the large sun room. There are two sun decks, each with patio seating. You can bring your boat or rent one, or maybe you prefer jetskies, or waverunners. Our dock is included with rental, and you will love the quiet cove where we are located. Enjoy fishing, sunbathing or just relaxing.
The master bedroom is very attractive with a king bed, and the master bathroom has a double vanity plus a garden tub/shower. The guest room is very cute and has a double bed and bunk beds. You can also use the futon sleeper for additional guests. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens are provided We also offer "Wireless Internet."
"We offer a great place for a great price!" Plus....... you won't believe all the attractions around this area. Pan for gold or just stroll along by the quaint restaurants and shops in the historic town of Dahlonega. You might also enjoy whitewater rafting, horseback riding, or a game of golf. Maybe travel north to Helen Georgia (especially fun during Octoberfest.) No matter what you decide to do......... I know it will be the perfect place for you and your family to share a memorable vacation on "Georgia's Premier Lake Lanier."

| Tax |
Add 7% Georgia taxes to all rates |
| Deposit |
A $200 deposit will be requested on booking. A
confirmation letter will be sent to you when your deposit is received. If deposit is not received within 5 days, owner reserves the right to open rental on your reserved period of time. Your deposit will be held until 2 weeks after your departure. A $60 fee will be applied towards cleaning, and the remaining $140 will be sent back to you, as long as there is no damage to the cottage, missing items or lost keys. |

Full payment is due 14 days prior to the date of the rental. If "RENTER" fails or refuses to make payment, "OWNER" shall have the right to cancel this engagement by notice to the "RENTER", and reserves the right to keep the deposit. Payments may be made by check, money order, or cash. Make checks payable to Tara DeLosier and send to:

| Cancellations |
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in, will forfeit $60, Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, will forfeit deposit ($200) Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will forfeit half of the rental amount. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will forfeit full rental amount. |
